wtnhunt
Ouch, $65 a box of 20 for core lokts. Got a week and a day to go to our rifle opener here. Have not got a scope on my A bolt yet, but was not planning to use it for deer here anyway. For rifle, been hunting with a model 700 in .270 for several years. Rem308
For rifle season, I will carry my Rem 700 ADL .308 that I've had for over 10 seasons now. It's a great rifle and light enough to carry all day. I do plan on carrying my Remington 700 SPS-V in .308 a few times too (Just on days that I don't have a long hike to and from the stand!) Here's the SPS-V:

Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
Bow: Mathews Switchback Rifle: Savage 111 .270 Muzzleloader: T/C Encore I used both my rifle and muzzleloader while in the U.P. this past weekend(carried the .270 opening day, my encore the next day-1/2). I took a shot on a doe with my encore, kinda wish I had stuck with the .270 though. I couldn't find her after I spooked her while I was getting out of the blind to head back to the house.
