Back from the Milk River (pics)

Well, Dad and I had a great trip to the Milk River in Montana and got home late last night. Just wanted to share a few pictures from the trip. I hope you enjoy. I killed my 8 point the first morning, so I was able to sit with Dad the next few days and was with him and filming when he shot his 10 Point. Not "Monsters", but I'm very happy with my trophy, and will never forget this trip. I had over 150 deer in the field at one time when I shot my buck. It was unbelievable!

Beautiful bucks! Great memories for sure!

Also, since nobody else asked.... was there milk in the river instead of water? LOL ;):D I couldn't resist.

It was so dang cold, I didn't get close enough to find out...for fear of falling in! :D

The Milk River was given its name by Captain Meriwether Lewis, of the Lewis and Clark Expedition, who described the river in his journal:

"the water of this river possesses a peculiar whiteness, being about the colour of a cup of tea with the admixture of a tablespoonfull of milk. from the colour of its water we called it Milk river."
