Hi point turn around time

Apparently 25 days.

I sent in a used 995 9mm carbine that I bought and didn't want to take any chances with because it looked so rough. I don't have any pics yet, but got a new stock, two new clips, new barrel, new receiver something or other, new firing pin, firing pen springs, bolt, bolt handle, rear sight and a bunch of other stuff that I didn't know what was.

Price to me. $0.00

Apparently the gun had been abused pretty badly by the guy I got it from. It's good to see a company stands behind their work.

My favorite companies for good business:

Summit

Primos

and now Hi Point Firearms.

You will get a lot of people who bad-mouth Hi Point...but I won't. Several years ago I wanted an inexpensive automatic handgun so I could get comfortable at the range. I had shot others automatics and owned several long guns. I bought the Hi-Point C9 and loved it. I never had a problem with mine, and I'm glad to hear others have good things to say about them.

When I first saw them my first thought was "cheap piece of $###$" But after shooting one, talking to several owners and reading lots and lots of reviews, I thought I'd try one. I wanted a pistol cartridge carbine and this one was really cheap. For less than $90 I bought it and shipped it to hi-point. Now it's "Like new".

I would have rather had a 40 cal, but that price was hard to beat.
