muggs
Pat White was on his way to play wideout for LSU, he was able to get him by offering him the starting QB position right away. He's already got a supposed stud recruit coming from Texas to play QB for him. But the point is, the spread won't work. It was design to keep smaller programs competitive with smallish framed QBs that major programs don't bother recruiting. Michigan doesn't need the gimmick...should have never gone to it. Hench the title.
rhine16
Yet for every Ohio State you have an Indiana, a Northwestern, a Purdue, and except for this year, a Michigan State. Well played Yeah, I drew no reply from muggsy.... He couldn't think of anything to say
muggs
He couldn't think of anything to say No, that wasn't it- that's never a problem for me. You were just proving my point- there's good and bad in all conferences, one is not all that superior to another.

muggs
Again guys...Oden is not a bust, I'm just ahead of the curve on this one as per usual. Actually, when it comes to Oden I'm so far ahead of the curve it's confusing you guys...it's kinda like the Favre thing. I was lambasted for years...now who's smelling like roses boys? If you knew more about him, he's looked so good in summer ball, the Jailblazers are salivating. And again, he's not going to average more PPG than Durant...not ever. He'll probalby be a 15 and 12 guy...but he'll be the centerpiece to an eventual Portland championship run...right around 2011 me thinks.
