I stay on the cheaper end...I have a wildview that works great. Takes good/clear pictures for alot less money than most on the market.

I was interested in buying another cam and was looking at a "no-flash" infared model...however, the wife brought up a good point...I have many deer pics. at night of the same buck/doe/fawns etc...and they don't seem to mind the flash.

I guess I can't see spending a little more for one of these models when the flash don't seem to make a differance.

As long as you don't have someone 'finding' it with the flash at night and they gooff and 'borrow it" forever

I have used a Moultrie, Wildview, and Leafriver. All three work well and provide great pics. The Leafriver is larger than the other two, but I like the way it allows for a cable lock to be used on it and the steel locking bar that keeps people out of it. The other two are mostly plastic with no true way to lock it up. Also, the leafriver is about 5 years old and the wire broke inside it. I paid to mail it back, but they fixed it and returned it for free!!! They have the best customer service around.
