RJF
my taxidermist does it for me and the family we started a tradition on every deer we take we keep the lower jaw for age verification and to keep also all four legs to hang guns or bows. Im getting ready to start a project on building a gun cabnit. Going to be all cedar 8 feet long 8 feet tall. Bows and guns but in the very back is where the feet will come into play holding my grandfathers and great grand fathers guns in the back ground. RTF
Skinning out legs is not that hard but is time consuming when you get down to the dew-claw area and toes. As far as mounting them they offer kits on the internet that come complete with all instructions and material. Do a google search.
