Casey
Since I am buying a Hoyt Katera I am wondering what I should use. I still have Easton ST Excel 400's. I like them a lot and I put blazers on them. They fly great. With a new bow like the Katera, they will be nice. I think though I might get some MFX Team Realtree 300's. Tell me what you are slinging at your game animals??

m gardner
I've been shooting 29" PSE's Radial X Weave Predator 200's with Blazer vanes. I used the same one to kill both my deer this year. The first out of a 59# PSE X Bow and the second out of a Mathews Classic at 54#. Got complete pentration on both. The first one I shot with an NAP Shockwave 3 blade mechanical and the second with a G-5 Montech 100 grain. Neither went 100 yards. These are a very tough arrow, but not as accurate as my Gold Tips. I have yet to robinhood one but the X Weaves keep me in A class in Field Archery so they aren't too bad. mark

Flintlock1776
So, it seems the Hoyt is fine with all the major brands. Difference must be good marketing by someone to sell one brand vs. the others:eek:
