Guest fourtrax_300 Posted November 30, 2008 Report Share Posted November 30, 2008 hey guys i'm looking for a a good simple recipe for duck breast. any suggestions are welcome but like i said i'm looking for something simple that can be cooked without alot of unordinary ingredients. is it any good just BBQ'd ? with some kind of sauce,rub or seasoning? rbduck Posted December 1, 2008 Report Share Posted December 1, 2008 If you are going to BBQ the breasts......don`t overcook them as they tend to dry out. Just pink is best. A simple stirfry is good but don`t overpower it with a lot of spices. My favourite is to just slice them and fry with a lot of onions and peppers then salt and pepper.
