Guest Primetime/IL Posted December 1, 2008 Report Share Posted December 1, 2008 (edited) I have been wanting to get into taxidermy and would like to know where there are classes offered in the state of Illinois? Also if an individual would offer lessons I would be up for that as well. For the Taxidermist...How did you go about getting into Taxidermy and learning the art? whttlbucksteve Posted December 1, 2008 Report Share Posted December 1, 2008 I dont do taxidermy but learned from one.I could mount my own deer it is alot of work,but was fun learning.Go to your local guy and see if he will teach you.I did work for him as I was learning. I may see if I cant contact a taxidermist that I can learn from and go from there, I havent had any luck finding any classes offered in the state of IL looking on the enternet.
