Turkeygirl
Hope you all have a great day:D I'm getting ready to leave in a few back to clinical. Haven't been there for 3 weeks because I had psych. rotation at a different hospital, then Thanksgiving break last week, so this week it's back to the grind of things. I have a patient teaching project to do this week, wish it would be about hunting, lol. I actually will have to teach the patient something medically/health related that pertains to him/her, on what don't know yet. I wish it wasn't so cold out, snowing and windy, and as students, we get to park like 1/2 a block away from the hospital:eek: Everyone stay warm...unless you're like Andrea and live in a warmer state:p
GWSmith
Hopefully you get a patient that you have to teach how to grip thier Bow properly and not get blisters on thier Bow Hand from shooting too much;) ...That would be way better than the patient with Thrombosed Posterior Protrusions:D

fly
I'm headed back to clinical this week as well. Only 2 weeks left though before Christmas break! My students cared for a patient a couple weeks ago that fell out of his tree stand and when he landed a branch impailed him right through the upper thigh. Ouch! He wasn't wearing a safety harness so I educated the student on them and then she educated the patient. Good luck finishing out the semester
