OHbuckeye1
This 12 Point starting coming in since gun season started, never seen him before. Does he look like a 2 1/2 year old Buck. [/url]
clrj3514
looks pretty young to me but i'm no professional
fly
If he didn't have 12 points I'd say 1.5 years old. With 12 points I'd go with 2.5 years. Likely a B&C in 1-2 years
toddyboman
first words out of my mouth......holy crap. He does look very young.......2 or 3 years he could be a MONSTER!!! WOW
unioncountyslayer
Here's to hoping and praying he makes it a few more years. He'll be a pig!
arrow32
That guy is going to be a monster in a couple few years. I hope he makes it through for a few seasons. Best of luck in getting him in coming years.
Hoosier Hunter
Looks young. I can't imagine him in a couple years!
elkoholic
Not so sure he is a young deer. His rack is carrying a fair amount of mass and good brow tines. Also, he is a bit paunchy for a young deer with a large boned frame. A rather large head and long nose along with what appears to be increased graying in the face also suggests an older deer. NY_Bowhunter14
WOW! he is definitly young, he will be a monster in a few years, hope he makes it that long!
tp793
Definetely a young deer. Looks like he hit the rut pretty good but is gaining the weight back really quick. I'd say give him a year or two and he will be a true monster.
IN_hunter
that deer is going to be a GIANT in a few years
Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
He does look very young.......2 or 3 years he could be a MONSTER!!! WOW  I agree, not looking at the horns, I'd say he might be 2-1/2 but has really good genes. give him a couple years to "spread his seed" and he'll be a monster, with a couple offspring running around hopefully. whitetailhunter32210
He is a young deer for sure. 2.5 years old. Let him walk a couple years and breed some doe's. Thats the best 2.5 year old deer ive ever seen!
wtnhunt
His neck is not too heavy, but he is filled in pretty well in the hind end. I am going to go against the majority here and say I think he is a 3.5 year old buck, 2.5 year olds are not typically that full in the hind end. Bet if he makes it two more years you start to see a dip in his back and sag in the belly.

Guest UPS VT
Here in VT he would never have the chance to reach his potential. It is hard to pass on a deer when you see so few, and it is doubtful the next guy will pass on it.

HOYTnMUZZYboy
That is deff a young deer. Im gonna say between 2.5 and 3.5 years old. He has some nice bone, but.. he is deff not peaked yet. Not real massy yet. In a few years that deer will be a pig!! I sure hope no one shoots him for a few years. I would be praying to the deer gods he make it :D

turkeybuster
he looks like he'll be a monster in a about 2 years.
backwoods07
When I read the thread title I was skeptical. But that guy is a youngn!! 2.5 is VERY reasonable. Like wtnhunt said, an argument can be made that he is 3.5, but I think it's doubftul. Can't wait to see pics of him in the coming years
