MCH
http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/news?slug=jn-ballst120408&prov=yhoo&type=lgns Although, I wouldn't like the home field advantage for Boise, it would be hard to turn down the invite. Tominator
Yep. I think they should have accepted that invite. Maybe they were holding out for a bigger/better bowl?
MCH
I don't know. If they're holding out for a better bowl, then they're probably going to get a better opponent as well.
c_lou
If they want to be recognized on the big stage, they should have went out and played. They have a built in excuse if they loose.
muggs
Not sure what to make of that, it sure seems like they're holding out for a slightly better bowl. Who knows. With that QB, I don't think they have anything to worry about with Boise. The MAC is a decent mid-major when it comes to football. There's about 6 former MAC QBs in the NFL right now. Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
I bet now they are thinking they should have taken the offer They lost 42-24 in the MAC title game tonight.

Casey
I am proud of Ball State's record and hopefully they get to prove themselves to the nation... hopefully they handle their business. I am only 4 hours away from Ball State, I mean I wish the Hoosier's football program was like that.
