MichiganHunter
Confused by the title, well here's a quick story. Well Nov, 30th I was in my stand at about 9:00am when 5 big does came in at about 125yds walking threw the woods. I pulled up and started following them, I knew they were all big and i picked the first one that came into a clearing and opened the smoke pole. As the smoked cleared i saw her drop right where she was standing, Well i walked over to her and wile i was standing there i noticed another big doe about 15yds away laying in the grass i thought she was trying to hide so i reloaded and barked at her but she didn't move, so i walked over and she had a perfect shot right threw the lungs. So i ended up having two does line up perfect and smoked them both....Well saved money on powder...lol...luckily I had two doe tags. wtnhunt
Congrats on the does/meat. Were you hunting from ground level?
fly
Congratulations with the 2 for 1. That happened to a guy several years ago. He shot a mature doe and took out the 1/2 year old behind it as well. He had a either sex and doe tag. Had to use the either sex tag on the 1/2 year old which I was glad to see he didn't mind doing. MichiganHunter
Congrats on the does/meat. Were you hunting from ground level? No I was in a 16ft ladder stand and doing the left right tree stand dance trying to find an opening.
