NS whitetail
I brought my LeafRiver out from the woods yesterday and I noticed that the wires coming out of the cam part to the battery side are almost broken right off , it still works, but I figure a few more times opening and closing the cam they will break completly off Anyone else incounter this problem before ? wtnhunt
Yep, sure did Lewis. I sent mine in and they repaired it for no charge. All it cost me was the shipping to send it to them. Give vibrashine a call.

Did they say that this was a normal problem ? and how long was it away for fixing ? It was the wires through the door Lewis and YES it was a problem that they were well aware of and they fixed a lot of them like that. Leaf river customer service was good at that time. Turnaround was excellent, think I had my cam back in about a week but that has been probably 2 years ago. Not so sure about their customer service folks anymore.
