Guest schtevo
I've tanned a couple of deer hides and have been pleased with the results. The one I'm working on now has been fleshed, salted, and dried. I'd like to make a wall hanging from it. I'm planning on tanning it, but I wonder what to do after that... in order to make it hang properly. I'd rather not have a visible frame to hold it flat. Is there such a thing as a wire frame sewn to the back? Any suggestions?
RTF
Just use tacks. Thats what I do. You can get wall tacks that wont show.
