Guest borrsden1
I have a 391 synthetic 3" purchased new in 2001 that I am thinking of trading for new version that holds 3 1/2" what should i expect as a fair trade in. It is in excellent shape basically used for about 4 dove hunts a year, and half a dozen duck or goose hunts a year. Hiviz sights added as well. Leo
My two cents. That's a really really nice autoloader. Don't trade it in. You could probably save what you'd get in trade in a reasonable amount of time. Go ahead and save up for the 3 1/2" version and keep that one. You may deeply regret trading it in later. 3 1/2s are great for waterfowling and turkeys. Need it? No. Great to have? YES!
Adjam5
Welcome to the forums . As Leo said...thats a nice shotgun. Why off it? Most dealers will give a lowball # so they can make $ selling it. Thats capitalism. Car dealers do the same. For $3-400 you can get a Remington/Mossberg pump in 3 1/2" and still have the Beretta. With the new president about to take office , I wouldn't get rid of any guns. Keep EVERYTHING I had, and get more. Look around gun broker.com and see what they are going for.
