I made some home made bourban balls for the first time today.I have only eaten them a few times before, the recipe I got was simple and easy to follow.I bought the wrong chocolate to cover them with,it was a little thick and I had to put it on with a spoon insttead of dipping the balls in the chocolate.I think about three is all a person can handle safely:D,maybe I should have used a easier bourban.I used wild turkey 101,it is made about 15 miles down the road from me and I have drank alot of it in the past but its not the smoothest for bourban balls.Anyone else like these and how much bourbon do you all put in yours.

-I've never tried anything like this before....-I should try to make a batch.....

-I've just never drank anything with a turkey on it, though......:o

-can you substitute Bailey's Irish Creme, or something??
