crazylegz70
Yea, I have noticed in the last 12 hours she wont sit still and on top of it, everytime I talk she wags her tail like BIG TIME....I am just hoping that the tumor is all the way gone...we wont know until the test results come back from it. If they didnt get all of it the first time we are in for a world of problems....

Leo
Watch her, if she starts picking at the stitches it's head cone time! The cancer might be gone but if that gets infected it can be very serious.

crazylegz70
what exactly happened to the dog to begin with? My dog had a "bump" above her tail that we had examined and come to find out it was a mast cell tumor that if we hadnt got removed it would have killed her. We just have our fingers crossed that it doesnt come back...

crazylegz70
Disheartening news for me and my loved ones today I just received a call from the vets office. They informed me that after receiving the results back from the tumor tests that my little one has a Stage 2 Mast cell tumor. It basically means that instead of it maybe coming back (10-20% chance) It now has a 50% chance. All I can do now is pray that it doesnt come back. Really crummy to know that this could be a long drawn out ordeal... I really hope that you guys are all correct in saying that god loves dogs......this one is special..... Dogs do better with chemotherapy than people do. Don't give up yet. If your vet suggests chemo, DO IT!
