Turkeygirl Posted December 13, 2008 Report Share Posted December 13, 2008 So on My Kodak Z612 camera, a screw fell out somewhere, who knows where, but one day I pulled the camera out and no screw....it was between the view finder and the zoom button. So I went to the Kodak website, sent customer service an email thing about, got an automated message back saying I'd get an actual email back within 24 hours...hasn't happened yet and that wasl ike on Monday!!! Now whether they read my email and put a screw in the mail and sent it to me..who knows, but I'm going to give them a few more days then send them another email.
