VABuckSlayer
I've led this league all year and get to the finals and I have some tough match ups with my players this week. Let me know what you guys think of my starting line up and if you would change anything... here goes QB P. Manning vs. Jags RB DeAngelo Williams vs. Giants RB C. Portis vs. Eagles R/W P. Thomas vs. Lions WR Calvin Johnson vs. Saints WR L. Moore vs. Lions TE C. Cooley vs. Eagles PK Crosby vs. Bears DST Steelers vs. Titans Bench RB Michael Turner vs. Vikings RB J. Stewart vs. Giants RB W. Parker vs. Titans WR M. Muhammad vs. Giants WR L. Evans vs. Broncos TE M. Lewis vs. Colts I hate to put Turner on the bench but he's playing the Vikings at Minnisota. I replaced him with Thomas because of a better match up. Figures all my stud RB's are against tough rush defenses. Portis, Williams, and Turner have helped me dominate this league. So what do you guys think? Here's what I'm up against this week too: QB Shaub vs. Raiders RB S. Slaton vs. Raiders RB B. Westbrook vs. Skins R/W Jones-Drew vs. Colts WR A. Boldin vs. Pats WR A. Bryant vs. Chargers TE J. Whitten vs. Ravens PK Hartley vs. Lions DST Eagles vs. Skins
MCH
I like Turner over Portis. BTW--you've sure got some stud RB's...how many teams in the league?? 3???:D
VABuckSlayer
I like Turner over Portis. BTW--you've sure got some stud RB's...how many teams in the league?? 3???:D We actually had 10 in the league. I just picked up Thomas and dropped M. Moore for this week. Shocked he was available. Yea... I lucked up and got some stout RB's. That was the key to this league. It's a Fox Sports league. You know Kev... Portis torched the Eagles earlier in the year. That's the big reason I'm still starting him. He had 3 TD's that week. I wonder if he can do it again?
VtBowhunter
I agree....Turner over Portis.....he's more likely to punch in the goal line TD's You've got one tough match-up that's for sure.
c_lou
I would put Turner back in. Pat Williams, Vikes DT, is out for a few weeks.
VABuckSlayer
I hear you guys about Turner. I'd be sick if Portis went off but I'm starting to think you may be right. Last week they ran Betts on goal line tries. UUggghhh... decisions, decisions...
VABuckSlayer
I had a good game out of Manning last night. Hope the rest of my team does well. My opponent got 16 pts from Jones-Drew last night also. It's gonna be a close finish!
VABuckSlayer
Well I crushed my opponent to win the league thanks to 4 TD's by D. Williams last night and P. Mannings huge game! I have him 107-93 and I still have my PK going tonight. Thanks for the advise (I went with Turner). Portis had about the same numbers though so I would have been good either way. Now I need to win the Realtree League and make it a clean sweep!!!
