stevebeilgard Posted December 21, 2008 Report Share Posted December 21, 2008 yeaaaa, wyoming. i hope other states follow suit. wyoming was the 2nd state to implement a stop poaching system, in 1980. new mexico was first, and colorado 3rd. shortly after that, almost all of the states signed up for the national stop poaching system, no poach. in 1987, ALL states had a stop poaching system in place, with rewards offered for those assisting in helping the warderns turn in poachers.
