RangerClay
Peanut butter fudge is my wifes favorite. So this morning I thought I would surprise her. I just attempted my first batch and it was a TOTAL disaster. I got the recipe off the net...phooeee! Now I have made chocolate fudge for years with success but this peanut butter one has me stumped. Do any of you have a recipe at home that you know will work? Please, no internet links unless you have tried it yourself. I need some help making the Mrs. a treat. Thanks Joe
Ohiobucks
This is my wife's recipe, this stuff is awesome. Good luck! 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup milk (2% or whole) 1&1/3 cups peanut butter (1) 7oz jar marshmallow cream In a sauce pan, bring sugar and milk to a boil (stirring constantly) for 3 minutes. Have PB and MMC measured out into a bowl ready to go before boiling milk/sugar. Mix all after boiling and pour into an 8" square, aluminum foil lined pan, chill until set. wtnhunt
I have used a recipe similar to what Tom posted with marshmallow Joe, think it was one of those recipes on the back of a pacakage. I will have to look. Peanut butter fudge sure does sound good, think I might have to make some too.

cinch314
Just a warning. Make sure that the peanut butter you are using is not on the salmonella outbreak list. There have been several people die from salmonella poisoning due to peanut butter. That is way Kellogg's is asking stores to take their peanut butter crackers and stuff on their shelves.
