Green Collar Jobs

Part of this new "Obama" plan is to create millions of "green collar" jobs (jobs meant to save the environment) You can bet that whatever tree-huggers are put in power to oversee the creation of that industry is going to have some serious anti-hunters involved. Dig in your heels folks, it's going to get ugly...Hey, I think alternative energy is a great technology. Unfortunately with that comes people's personal and political aspirations and the joy of having it stuffed down our throats without any consideration for anyone else. Stay tuned....

Dig in your heels indeed. And get ready to open your wallets. So-called green energy is expensive!

The residents of Texas are beginning to find out exactly how expensive it really is as all those thousands of wind turbines start coming online. Our state legislature mandated a few years ago that a certain percentage of our electricity has to come from a renewable, non-polluting resource. And wind is about our only viable option. So, as the cost of oil and natural gas come way down, our electric rates are still going up, because we're being forced to utilize wind generated electricity.

Yeah, since they stacked the cards in their favor to such an extreme, when things go south they will be looking across the aisle to point fingers and nobody will be there. Then we will witness the ultimate in cannibalistic behavior. Watch as they eat their young. Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom could make a killing if they timed it just right! :D
