AdvantageTimberLou
When I was 12, I got an early present, just before the deer rifle season in November. It was my Dad's Winchester Model 94 30/30 Awesome You can't beat that gun Craig, sweet little gun!! I would have to say my two little girls and seeing their smiles and being happy for what Santa got them. Dad can't put the toys together fast enough for them. Side note: would really like to talk with the geniuses that package todays toys. You need side snips and a screwdriver just to get the toy out of the package!! As for my best present ever, the future wife at the time got me and my parents customized racing jackets. It was our first Christmas as a couple and the jackets were a nice gift from her. For some reason, I just can't think of gifts I got when I was younger.......
Ladybird
One of the gifts that come to my mind was getting my first radio when I was 9 and also when I was 11 getting a bb gun.

oldksnarc
The best one I ever received was my second daughter on Dec 22, 33 years ago. Would have to agree it was hard to beat the smiles and excitement on my kids faces on christmas morning. Until now that is. Now it's the smiles and excitement on the faces of my grandkids and great-grandkid. And I'm only 55. Look at the years ahead that I have to look forward to. Shaun_300
Hmmm, really hard to say! Probably in 2000 when we got our '96 Formula SLS for Chrismas, it was a big step up from the ole '77 TNT! :D Since then it'd be the two rifles dad got me, in 2004 I got my Browning BLR .300 WSM, then this year my Ruger M77 MarkII .25-06 Rem.
