mastr001
I am in the market for a new bow sight. I am looking for a sight that has 6 or 7 pins. I have a hoyt magnatec bow and just wanna do some updates. I am looking for a sight that is easy and quick to adjust. And Not sure if this is a dumb question, but when you buy a sight are the pins already set on the yards or do i have to move each pin. jm23494
The G5 sights come in a 5 pin version that is relativly easy to adjust. They also give you some diagrams of pin locations for different bow speeds that you can match the pins up with to get you in the ballpark to start. HOYTnMUZZYboy
I have the 5 pin Viper Archery sight. I love it. I'm shooting a Hoyt Trykon.
cinch314
I've got the Copper John Dead Nuts 5 pin. I took away 2 of the pins for more line of sight view. In my experience the pins are not set on yardage. You have to adjust them to accommadate the way you shoot, your draw length and poundage. JMO. Ive got mine set on 15, 30 and 45 yards and love it. arrow32
G5 or Viper has some good sights that are 5 pin. Check these spott hoggs out. I have owned two of them and I love them. http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/pod/horizontal-pod.jsp?id=0020574&navCount=1&parentId=cat20071&masterpathid=&navAction=push&cmCat=MainCatcat21424-cat20071_TGP&parentType=index&indexId=cat20071&rid= There is a 5 pin G5 http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/pod/standard-pod-wrapped.jsp?id=0039029&navCount=5&parentId=cat20071&masterpathid=&navAction=push&cmCat=MainCatcat21424-cat20071&parentType=index&indexId=cat20071&rid=
EKYhunter
Spot Hogg makes the best fixed pin sight and HHA makes the best adjustable single-pin sight. Check 'em out.
