Dakota
Yesterday morning I set out two packages of wild game steaks to thaw. One was a package of antelope steaks that Mom decided to make into fajitas. I love antelope steak and my mom's cooking, but I'm in no way a fan of fajitas, so I set out the last package of elk steaks to thaw! :D:D After our Christmas Eve service we came back and I threw the steaks in the pan and some crinkle-cut fries in the oven. I think Campbell's said it best with, mmm mmm good! :D:D Hope everyone is having a great Christmas! Dakota

hammerforged
Christmas Eve dinner was my wife's Venison Chili, Christmas Day dinner was Venison Roast cooked all night in the crock pot, mashed potatoes with gravy from the roast, homegrown field peas, homemade sourdough bread, and homemade Sweet Tater Pie for dessert.
