fly
Santa brought my kids one as well. I had my 13 year old hook it up. It was up and ready in minutes. I'd still be cursing it. Mario part 8 huh? I'll have to look into that one. Right now we've just been concentrating on the sports game that comes with it. I like the game types that involve the entire family. Any other suggestions???

Hope the new cable does the trick. I know what you mean about the boxing game. My 6 year old son got the biggest kick out of kicking my butt yesterday. He told everyone how he knocked dad out twice! Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
I'd probably just go with an HDMI cable. The LCD tv we bought back in February had one set of regular red/white/yellow jacks. The rest are the component video/stereo cables, the ones with 5 connections, and then 3 hdmi ports. The only one the Wii would work on is the regular red/white/yellow ports. Mario part 8 huh? I'll have to look into that one. Right now we've just been concentrating on the sports game that comes with it. I like the game types that involve the entire family. Any other suggestions??? Mario party 8 is a great game for the family. There is also a cooking game (cooking mama cookoff I think it is called), Carnival games, mario and sonic: olympic games. These are just a few that I have played, there are others out there but I haven't had a chance to try them out yet.
Tominator
I watched my 2nd son punch his older brother right in the gut last night as Joe walked in front of Mike's backhand. I'm undefeated in tennis btw.
