buckee
Here's what I cooked up on Christmas for Diana and I. My stuffing turned out great, and the skin was OH so good and Crispy, with a honey/garlic glaze. What do you have for left-overs ?

Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
We didn't really have anything special for dinner yesterday. We like to wait for my aunt. uncle and cousins. They stop here for a few hours on Christmas Day, then head to my uncles parents house for the rest of the night. So, we head Christmas dinner, today . I cooked up a turkey, some mashed 'taters, corn, stuffing of course, rolls, and a couple pies for desert. Leftover turkey sandwich for lunch tomorrow is already sounding really good. :D:D

Tominator
I made a prime rib for my brother's family and mine. The adults and 2 of my kids tried the prime rib. My daughter liked it, but my son didn't. I made garlic asparagus almondine and garlic/sour cream mashed taters to go with it. I thought it was good.
