colorado bob
WY has preference points for Bison? I thought it was just luck of the draw.
m gardner
Arizona will check your application and contact you if corrections are necessary if you apply before jan 22. If you send it after that date and it's wrong you get no second chance. It's one of the few states that you can't apply on-line and get walked through it as you make mistakes. Colorado has what they call a hunt planner you can access buy going to: http://wildlife.state.co.us/Hunting/SeasonDatesAndFees/ Click on Colorado Hunting Planner. colorado bob
TX-----Do you think there is an difference on applying online verses US mail. Seems like to me I have better luck via the US mail route. I'm sure it's the all the same. But like a ball player-----I respect a streak & don't screw with it. texastrophies
Wish I had an answer to that, I always do online, just for the convienence if it is available. I heard a few people claim that if you hit the donate box on some of the states is supposedly helps you:confused: I would like to think it wouldn't matter what you did or how you did it, that the draws are all fair & square, but I would not be the least bit suprised to find out I was wrong. silvertip_co
Unit 55 in Taylor Park ainta gonna be no OTC bull elk tags in 2010 and after. Also the ranchers want unit 54, 55, 551 to be all draw. Heck we cant hardly get deer tags now for 55 if its draw for elk I'll be alla way back out to Rico hunting. http://www.gunnisontimes.com/index.php?content=C_news&newsid=5839
texastrophies
Interesting article. If it becomes a draw unit, will that mean the land owners will be able to sell their land owner tags?

colorado bob
That oryx tag is a hard draw. I got mine back when there was a % set aside for NR. I drew on my 1st try. Most didn't like the $1200 price tag, I guess. The NM res started complaining so now everyone is lumped in to 1 pool. Anyway---better luck next year.
