Guest TennesseeTurkey
Our deer season is over with the exception of bow here in KY so I put out a corn pile with just an absolute ton of stuff with it that was on clearance at wal mart. Ive got 20 pounds of corn, acron rage junk, some kind of apple stuff thats like the acron rage, a deer cain block, a deer cain liquid spot, this sweet molasses thing that you screw into a tree, and 2 peanut butter jars smeared on 2 trees.....now tell me why in a week that I dont have a single deer on my trail camera, the spot the pile is in is in a fork of two trails that come into a big field that the deer used in the early season at night for feeding in.......I killed a deer not 500 yards away and my wife's uncle killed an 8 point about 100 yards away........no deer, I'm getting frustrated.... PotashRLS
Sounds like a pattern change for some reason.
Guest TennesseeTurkey
Its literally the only field access and water access on the property that has around 80-100 acres! maybe my scent is still lingering its really crazy! Hoyt03
not your scent, deer would still come to it at night. No deer have found it yet, when they do they will eat all your corn up in a day or two. No need imo to buy all that other junk. If you want to feed just use corn. No deer are using that area right now. When I put out corn it's gone in a day or two.
