Stryder
So far this late season, I've managed to be in the wrong stand again! All the deer were feeding in the next field over. Couple of nice bucks too . Their patterns are all messed up, even for the late season. Anyways, a couple of pheasants decided to strut by so I decided to take one. First pheasant with a bow. Note to self...use a field point next time. At least I missed the breast meat, so I was happy with the results. Stryder
thats pretty cool. how far was the shot? Around 15yds, which is normally a real easy shot until you factor in we had 15-25mph crosswinds.

This was really cool, and I didnt come home empty.

fly
Very nice! I had a possum walk under me a couple nights ago. I don't eat possum so there was no need to shoot it, but I did have fun dropping small things on his tail. He kept looking around wondering what kept falling out of the tree and hitting his tail. I told my wife and she gave me the .
