i see how it is :D..

Randy and I go back 20 years Dev. I was with Randy when I killed my first rabbit--over his dog Hutch. I'm sure you'll see my field come February if you want.

congrats again on the deer, whens the head gonna be ready?

Don't know. Looks like the taxidermist (Kyle) does them in shifts of 5. He had 5 almost done, 5 with the bone mounted to the form but no cape and about 15 racks with nothing done to them yet. I'm guessing (hoping) maybe February?

I still laugh when Tom and Chris tell me Ohio has no big bucks.....man what a couple of first class liars! :D

Congrats again Chris on an awesome buck, very deserving of someone as great as you getting it! Way to go!!

Thanks Lou.

The check's in the mail.

153" gross, 142 3/8" net. My biggest to date--even beating my big 10 pt. He made BBBC, and that's what I was hoping for. I now have bragging rights with my buddies. :D

Awesome buck Chris...congrats on a HOSS :D

er...ah...my guess is 153" gross, 142 3/8" net :D:D:D

That's what I was going to say too Steve :D but Chris pulls this off during the peak of our rut down here. Go figure.

Remember that next year when its Tom's turn to smack a BIGUN. That is unless its still your turn to catch up with Tom after the 2 seasons prior to this one.

Congrats on making your book of choice Chris. Great buck buddy and you were due. Will keep you in my prayers with the next checkup. ;)

HA! Ask Tom how many 150's he has. Go ahead, ask him.

And right after that, watch for a post that says "find somewhere else to hunt next year." :D

In all honesty, he's way overdue. It's going to happen. He's almost as dedicated as I am.

I'm not NEAR as old as you are though, get with me when I'm 45 years old and we'll see how many 150's I've got to my credit.....:p:D

There is a difference in buck dedication vs. deer hunting dedication. I've been fortunate enough to fill buck tags in each of the last 2 years and was still hunting later than you.:D

I was just 35 when I shot Bruno. How old are you?

Yep, I'm neither.:D

When did I shoot that doe last year? Who cancelled on me this weekend because of "snow" that never came?

Ouch....

How can I cancel something that was never set up? You invited yourself, I told you I wasn't going to Knox/Coshocton county, you said you we're happy because you could take your wife out to dinner then.

AND - the only reason you were hunting that late last year was because your buck tag was still empty. You know it and I know it.

AND - I still went out this weekend, did you?  Didn't think so.

Nice buck BTW, I 'm going to guess 153" gross, 142 3/8" net.
