Jake Lake
I have just purchased a new Benelli Supernova Turkey model w/ Steadygrip stock.. I am wanting to know what slings are out there that will feed through the stock? I have a Quake Claw sling I love but it will not work on this stock.. Any and all input would be much appreciated.. Thanks!!
HUNTINGMAN
I bought a 7 or 8$ neoprene sling from sportsmans warehouse last year for my super nova and put on it.I had to modify the way it went through the hole in the stock but it has never came off and has ben packed alot last spring.I am planning on putting a claw sling on it this spring,I am sure that with a little thought the claw sling can be made to work. Jake Lake
Well, I took your advice and modified my current Claw sling to fit..had to tear out the stitching on the sling to remove the bottom swivel..then I fed the sling through the stock and asked my mother to resew it in place..she did an awesome job! HUNTINGMAN
Glad you got it to work, now that you mention it I had to go look and cutting the stiches is what I done to mine.It works like nothing had ever been modified and you cant tell it at all, good luck this spring.
