Adjam5
Today I took a ride up to the hunting camp in Sullivan county,NY. To hunt some crow and rabbit. I got neither. But as I was walking back to the house from my hunt. I spooked about 4 hen turkeys that were scratching up a area by my apple trees. As I was walking by where they were, I saw some weird marks in the snow. It took me a second to figure it out, but it was the wing prints of where they flew off when I spooked them. I thought it was pretty cool Where they were scratching, it looked like someone took a pitchfork to the area.

Doc
So, has anyone figured out what kind of bird that was? Judging from the 'people footprints', it looks like a pretty decent wing-span......at least 2'.
wtnhunt
That is pretty cool Anthony. Not something we would likely see around here.
