Guest mnash
What bullet has anybody used that loads easy after the shot in cold weather? I used 100 gr of 777 to sight in my muzzle loader (T/C Omega 50 cal) with these new thompson center super glides (250 grain) this fall and they loaded(pushed down) very easy with or without cleaning between shots, now for the gun season, muzzle loader season in Michigan thats a different story. My take is they load great when the weather is warm but when it gets cold outside and after a shot they are very hard to push down, I used the regular sabots last year and did not have this bad of a problem. Any suggestion on another bullet to try?

wtnhunt
Welcome to the forums. Using 240 grain tc xtp mags here, and loading is not an issue with them in the tc black diamond we hunt with. My wife has always even been able to reload with these after the shot.
