Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
Both work great. I myself use a drop-away, but wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend a Whisker Biscuit to anyone.
RangerClay
Right now I am using a WB. I plan to upgrade a QAD drop away one day.
Turkeygirl
I use a NAP prong rest but I'm planning on upgrading to a WB rest.
okiedog
All of my bows as well as my wifes bow have drop away rests on them, but my 4 year old sons bow has a biscuit:D
CampRAGS
I like the biscuit better myself

Hoosier Hunter
I use a whisker biscuit and love it.
LifeNRA
I use a whisker biscuit and love it. Same here! No moving parts, just simplicity! If you do decide to go with a WB. Do yourself a favor right away! Use Bohning Killer or Blazer vanes! No warping or wrinkling will effect your vanes!
dbHunterNY
If I was to target shoot a lot I'd use a drop-away rest. There's less contact with the arrow so it's probably a little more consistently accurate. However, I primarily hunt with my bow, so a whisker biscuit is the way to go in my opinion. There's no moving parts so unless your bow isn't tuned or your whiskers get frozen up from extreme cold and wet weather, nothing can go wrong with it. Sometimes I can't bring my bow hanger to screw into the tree and hang my bow. A whisker biscuit allows me to nock an arrow then rest the bow tipped over in my lap and at the ready. - Dan
Guest DuncanVa
I personally agree with you dan, i almost never have a bow hanger. But then again ive never used a drop away, just getting everyones opinion. any hunters using drop aways without the luxury of a bow hanger..Pros/ Cons? GWSmith
...any hunters using drop aways without the luxury of a bow hanger..Pros/ Cons? Yes...I shoot a Muzzy Zero Effect arrow rest for hunting with the addition of this little secret on my shelf;) My arrow rest was setup so that just as the rest picks up the arrow shaft the shaft slips out of that little holder. I get all the benefits of having a full containment arrow rest before the shot and none of the contact during the shot;)
Straight Shooter
I personall use the WB and would recommend it in a heart beat to any bowhunter. I would suggest doing a search on the WB and Drop Away rest topic and get a bit of history on the Pro's and con's of each rest. Both rest have been used by alot of hunters and some of them have switched back to the other they had been using.

High Country
I prefer a whisker biscuit...I try to keep all of my shots within 35 yards so I don't need the extreme accuracy of drop away rests...and the biscuit retains the arrow in place without it hitting the riser or shelf from any position... Mr. Murphy (of the laws fame) hates the biscuits...
HUNTINGMAN
WB,always will use it.The new octane rest looks good also,it is basicaly the same design as the WB but the wiskers dont go all the way around.
Guest Finn
I use a QAD Hunter drop away and could not be more impressed. it costs around $50 Had a WB and when using GT Pro Hunter arrows, all I could think about was the noise it made when I drew back. It wasn't loud, and I'm not sure the deer could hear it, but I could...and it bothered me. My son had a WB with camo ICS arrows and we had the same issue with noise. No way it can be silent as my QAD with moleskin...no way. The QAD also is a full containment rest, so you get: 1) drop away performance 2) full containment 3) absolute quiet draws Not sure how that can be beat. Texan_Til_I_Die
I solved the noise problem on my WB by spraying it and my arrows down with Real Magic. Try it, it really works.
Widowmaker
I have the QAD hunter drop-A-way rest for $49.99 and love it!! Would use any other.

Stryder
Another good plus for the WB is still hunting or stalking. I like leaving the stand early once in a while to do a little stalking, and the WB cant be beat for all the odd positions you can get into to avoid contact with branches, etc.
