Cajun-101
Praline cake 2 cups Pecans, coarsely chopped 5 tbsp light corn syrup 1 box butter pecan cake mix 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 cup light brown sugar packed 1 1/4 sticks margarine 1 1/4 cup water 3 eggs Preheat oven to 325 F. Mix pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup and (melted) margarine in a bowl. Spray pan with cooking spray. Spread mixture evenly in bottom of pan. Prepare cake mix as directions on box. Pour batter slowly over mixture in pan. Bake until cake springs back when touched lightly in the center. Bake about 45min to 1 hour. When done immediately invert pan onto a heat proof tray (flip cake over on a tray). Leave pan over cake for 5 min. then remove pan.

Jeramie
We ended up with well over 100lbs of Oklahoma Native Pecans. Looks like something to add to the recipe list.
