NS whitetail
My Grandfather drew this picture of boats roughly 75 years ago or so. It hung in an old building at the wharf for years until my Dad took it home and had it folded up for safe keeping, it is faded and tatered somewhat ( but it gives it character ). I just got it from my Dad a few days ago and made this frame for it. It now hangs proudly in my partially finished rec-room. My son was born on my Grandfathers birthday, he was 4 last Sept 3, my Grandfather would have been 100, so I will pass it on to him. I also made this TV stand a few days ago for my son's room with some lumber I had laying around. I am no Bob Villa but I like to tinker with stuff
OJR
Looks great! Are you going to build a boat from the plans? Nothing like a "forced" smile! LOL!!!
NS whitetail
Looks great! Are you going to build a boat from the plans? Nothing like a "forced" smile! LOL!!! haha, boats sure have changed since back then lol. A local boatshop is building a boat like one of days gone by though just for show. I do get a kick out of Keaton when I tell him to smile

VermontHunter
I think both projects have been completed to perfection, and even with a bonus smile from the little one. How much better can that be ..
