hutchies
I bet what your buying Jeramie are color blemish arrows. They are fine just rejected from factory cause a chip in the paint or a light spot. I have a buddy that sells color blem aluminums and I can get them pretty cheap for my indoor arrows. Yep, all the companies raise the price of shafts right after the ATA show. My supplier ran out causing me to run out. I took them off the store until they get my order to me. Scott and Mindy are great people, The only wraps I sell besides onestringer wraps are the Blazer wraps. It they could make them I would use them as well. I have always been amazed how shops could sell you arrows then charge you to cut them. I have always felt that should be part of the arrow price. Thanks for the warm welcome to the site. I have known about this site for some time and havent taken the time to join.

Sorry man, I was able to find some 7595 shafts. My supplier is still out of the 5575 shafts. I was able to drop the price a buck I know it isnt much. I will continue to work on my supplier to get the 5575 shafts in. FYI the free cutting, squaring, manufacture nock color and wraps are available on the raw shafts as well. ruttinbuc
I'd like to know what the mark up is for arrows today. The price is through the roof.

You ain't kidding ... :( I've been pretty through on searching for the best prices but there just isn't any to be had. I should have jumped on those Nuge 5575's that SouthShore had for $67.00 .. when I had the chance ..
hutchies
Eagle Archery has them for $75.............If you tell them you found them cheaper normally they will match the price.

I'am the same way. I work in retail and see this all of the time. If they can sell it cheaper.. then why dont they? If customers can find it cheaper somewhere else.. then just buy it there:cool:

Your right they aren't Xt's.............personally all I buy are XT 5575's to hunt with and only in black. I can get them for like $63 plus shipping.........way cheaper than the Nuge's but I knew you wanted the Nuge's. As for markup.............Ummmmmmmm I have to disagree with what was said...........I can get the Carbon Express arrows at Staff prices........And lets just say they are cccccccchhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaapppppppppp compared to the store prices. Yet still I shoot these lousey old goldtips made in Mexico......Hahahahhahaa Edited January 21, 2009 by hutchies

wtnhunt
I have to be honest tho, I've never ever ask any place to play the price matching game ,,,, the wife has tho ... Not ashamed to admit that I have more than just a few times Luke, but guess I am a bit of a cheapskate and mostly has been with larger purchases. Some places will knock off a percentage when you tell them that their competitor has a lower price. It might help them in some cases as they may adjust their prices. Think the biggest savings I have found by price matching retail stores was when I was building my garage. The OSB was cheaper at lowes, but my siding was cheaper at home depot, both knocked a percentage off the competitors price, think it was 5 percent if I remember right, saved me quite a bit. The way I figure, why pay more when you don't have to. Hope you can find your arrows, think I may be making a change to what I am shooting before this fall, will definitely be paying attention to the ebay archery sellers.
