Guest TennesseeTurkey
What do you guys think? 2 Nat'l Championships, 2 SEC Championships, a Heisman, countless other trophies.....I'd have to say yes he is.

Guest TennesseeTurkey
Well who is if he's not?!?!?!?!?! Add another Nat'l Championship for this next year along with another Heisman and its to question...
Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
What do you guys think? 2 Nat'l Championships, 2 SEC Championships, a Heisman, countless other trophies.....I'd have to say yes he is. He's not the only one with that type of resume. Matt Leinart and Reggie Bush have 2 NC's and a Heisman each, along with multiple conference championships, but I doubt anyone would consider them the best ever either. Well who is if he's not?!?!?!?!?! This is a debate that could go on forever. Add another Nat'l Championship for this next year along with another Heisman and its to question... I'll add em when he earns them. A lot of people had him pegged for the Heisman this year, and that didn't happen, he finished third in voting. texastrophies
He won all of that by himself??????????? :D:D His team mates make him seem like a better player, than he really is, from what I have seen. Just another product of the system he is in. He won't make it at the next level, which is probably why he is coming back for his senior year. Texan_Til_I_Die
Tebow might be the best quarterback in college football right now, but he's not even in the top 5, maybe not the top 10, of all time. Heck, he's not even the best quarterback from Florida. That honor would have to go to Danny Wuerffel. And yeah, Wuerffel has the Heisman, the stats, and the National Championships to prove it. Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
Tebow might be the best quarterback in college football right now. He's not even the best QB in college football right now. Best athlete, maybe, but not QB.
muggs
Tebow is up there...but he has a lot working for him, most importantly the best coach in college football who has put him in the perfect offensive system to hightlight what he does best. But he's not even the best college QB right now, so I can't call him the best ever. Let's not forget about Archie
MCH
To settle the argument, Tebow will probably go down as the "most decorated" college football player ever. Best?? Nope. If we were going by talent alone, I'd have to go with Barry Sanders(might even throw Bo Jackson in there too).
Tominator
Impossible to name a "best" in a team sport such as football. "Best" involves a lot of people and factors.

Yeah, you can't really argue with those two. Then you'd probably have to even throw an obscure name like Red Grange in there. Would he be able to even average a yard per carry today, probably not, but during his era and against his peers...he was probably more dominate than anybody. If he did, it would probably be front page news. :D:D
buckbuster11
Not to long ago a lot of people were saying the same thing about Reggie Bush. Tebow is up there in terms of what he has accomplished, but not the best of all time.
dogdoc
Well who is if he's not?!?!?!?!?! Add another Nat'l Championship for this next year along with another Heisman and its to question... at this point I would say NO but if you are correct and he takes home another Heisman and another Nat Champ trophy then I would agree. goodnottygy
Tebow Tebow did not do it all by himself. He would be the 4th best quarterback in the "Big 12."
Gator
And neither did Bradford, McCoy, Harrel, or Daniels, ALL of them had an outstanding O Line. But FWIW, Tebo and TEAM did do what only 1 of those "Big 12" QB's could accomplish, and he did it when it mattered most, BEAT OU!!!!!!!!! Any questions, see my sig!!!! Heavy Metal
I don't think Tebow is/will be the greatest QB in college football history. But I do think when the dust settles, he should be considered the greatest college football player in history....IMHO anyway, no doupts. And definitely the greatest player leader in NCAA. GO NAVY!!!
