JimT
I snowshoed out to one of my Stealth Cams today. Took two hours there and back. For the life of me I cannot remember if I turned the unit on after changing the film and batteries. Guess I may have to go out there tomorrow and check. Aaaaugh! dogdoc
Re: Errrrr..... Jim---I bet a hundred bucks you did. I do that all the time. After getting the film out and reloading--get in the truck and head back home--about 1/2 way home can't remember if I turned to unit back on Same thing as--did I turn the iron off? Did I lock the front door? Did Ic close the gate after leaving? I bet you did---You must be in some great shape for a 4 hour hike in snow shoes ! todd
JimT
Re: Errrrr..... It takes two hours to walk to the camera and back to the truck...lol.... not two hours each way. I probably did turn it on, but there is only one way to find out. I need the exercise anyways. Actually, I have lost 16 pounds this year. Only another 30 to go. James7xChamp3
Re: Errrrr..... It is great exercise. I took my DeerCam back out Sunday. I hiked/scouted for 5 hrs. Where I put the Cam will only be abput a 45 minute hike to get to it. Talk about exercise. I didn't bother to bring the snowshoes and hiked around in 2 feet of snow. Went through 2 jugs of water. Better get me some good pictures!
wtnhunt
Re: Errrrr..... LOL. That is kind of funny Jim. My 8 year old when I find myself questioning things as such tells me I am getting oldtimers(alzheimers) disease .
mainebuck
Re: Errrrr..... 16 pounds in the year 2005 Jim? That's pretty darn good. At that rate you'll be down another 30 by April. I had a good mile and half hike across a pond and back last Saturday through a foot of snow dragging all my ice fishing stuff in a sled. Good times. Figure in the beer and sausage we had while we were fishing and I probably broke even.
