OJR
Looks good! I will have to try it, but will use tilapia for the fish!
Tominator
Looks good! I will have to try it, but will use tilapia for the fish! I'm probably going to try tilapia soon too. I got to reading up on orange roughy and I've seen some conflicting reports on their sustainability of the fishery and mercury levels. I'm thinking a lot of it is propaganda, but not really sure. I've never had tilapia either. That orange roughy was something else. My finicky son even ate some.

OJR
Might want to read that Orlan. I guess tilapia can be bad for the heart. Interesting read! We eat tilapia about once a month. The rest of the time it is salmon, imatation crab or some other sea food. Might have to cut it out! I sure like it though! Typical, if it tastes good, it will kill you! LOL!! Thanks Chris! I need to add more fish to my daily routine. It's tough to find good fish because of being in Ohio. I've never had tilapia, but now I'm a little hesitant to try it.
