Strut10
HOLY CRAP!!!! That's a wad of gooses!!! We're basically in the "no snow zone" here. Sandwiched in between the Atlantic and Central flights. Seems every year there's 1 snow mixed in with a flock of Canadas and once in a loooong while a stray flock of light geese will sail through. LifeNRA
My daughter and I went down to this place called Middle Creek Wildlife Management Area. The yearly migration of snow geese stops here every year on their way back north. What a sight to see! On the date we were there 50,000 snow geese lift up at one time! WOW! The week before this there was over 110,000 snow geese at this location! My daughter and I had a blast watching them all take off at once!
