Midwest whitetail-update

Hey everybody hope the season was as enjoyable and successful as it was for us at Midwest Whitetail. I wanted to say thanks to all that have been watching and invite others to check out the shows at www.midwestwhitetail.com. Also, look for us at hunting shows, deer classics, etc. around the Midwest. (might be a good opportunity at hand for you). And last we will be putting out a few shows during the spring. No set amount but they should be pretty informative and educational. Once again, thanks everyone. It was a great year.

Hey man I enjoyed what episodes I watched but when I went to go look at a video from earlier in the year I couldn't. I wanted to watch the whackin' an stackin' vidoe but I can never get it to work.

thanks everyone for the feedback. we have decided to do a couple of episodes on shed hunting (what we find, where, why, etc.) and a couple on food plot/land management in the off-season. anyways thought we would hear what questions and/or ideas you have about these episodes and what you would like to see?

Thanks,

I watched all of them over the past 2 days.

It's an awesome idea Drew, I don't know who came up with it, but the whole deal is pretty cool.

I don't know how Winke got caught up with so many youngsters, lol, but the whole format is cool.

Only suggestion I have would be to take the camera out of Winke's hand a little more, lol. Between falling down and filming leaves, someone needs to be a full time camera dude. :D

ha i laughed quite a bit after reading that one. yeah well have to work on that one. thanks for all the responses and ideas. we're lucky to have good viewers out there.

I have to appologize that I have not seen your show. Being from the Midwest, I would like to catch up. What is your show schedule and format? I am biased and think of the Midwest as the Whitetail Headquarters of the World. We are blessed with so much to do and experience in the outdoors.

I think the shed hunting episodes would be great.....have them just like you are saying....Where you found the shed...Why you think it was where it was and so on.

As for the food plot stuff....I would think the basics would be great to start out. How? What? Where? Why?

Again great show! I have really enjoyed watching!!!

Click on the above link. All the shows are right there. They range in length from about 1/2 hour down to 11 or 12 minutes. The November hunts are pretty cool.

One thing I might add Drew is that, for me at least, there were too many youngster hunts. I understand Bill likes them, and I do too, but there were too many for my liking.

yeah i understand what you mean. i think the only reason was because a lot of us will be behind the camera for bill but then get an opportunity at a mature deer. we've got a lot of prostaff members out there that had a tough year and couldnt close that magical gap with a few of the deer they wanted, one being myself. thanks for all the feedback though. what other ideas does everyone out there have?

thanks again,
