Praise to my Taxidermist

Shot my first buck ever (and first deer with a bow) on Thanksgiving (Nov. 27, 2008) taxidermist came and caped him out on Tuesday (Dec. 2, 2008) and I picked the finished product up Thursday (Jan. 1,2009). It took him a month! And it wasn't because he didn't have anything to do. He probably had 400 sets of just deer antlers in his shop. Everyone can't believe I got it back in a month. He is located in north Florida (Havana), Beaver's Taxidermy Studio. He did a fantastic job! First time I used him. Jimmy Beaver is the man!

Looks pretty good overall, only thing I can tell is that he may had a bit of problem getting your cape to fit on that form well. If you look towards the bottom half of the shoulder you can see white hair which is actually hair from the stomach that shouldnt be in that region. This can happen due to ordering too large of form (looks like a Ben Mears) for your cape and having to stretch it. Also its possible he could have goten too much cape shrinkage in the TAN/DP Process.

Overall...great quality, you dont usually see month turnarounds coming back much nicer then that!
