They got him on public intoxication, at least the guy was not driving a car or truck while drunk.:rolleyes: Wonder if they gave him a field sobriety test? stevebeilgard Posted January 30, 2009 Report Share Posted January 30, 2009 all i see wrong here is the white horse. it's not illegal to ride drunk or ride a horse on the street. some businesses still have hitching posts to tie up your horse. cody has plenty of them. i'll bet he goes home after a night in jail to sober up. besides, what are you supposed to do when you're too drunk to walk.... lol and jim, i think i may have dated her. er, him. er ???
