Jeramie
I need a wireless router for the house (ok, need is a strong word). Im looking at two different ones but have no experience with them. I know linksys makes a good router but again, we are talking wireless. This is a different ball game.... The linksys, WRT54G or the D-Link, DIR-625 (with signal booster). What say ye? Signal strength is important as well as stability.
dartonman
We have the Linksys Wireless-G 24 ghz one, and it runs the phones, computer, tv and xbox 360 live with no issues.............al
cinch314
I would go with the linksys. After being in this business and running them both, I've had better luck and performance with the linksys. Also, their warranty is better than D-Links for me. Shaun_300
We have a Linksys at home, no real problems at all. The odd time the internet will go down and you need to unplug the router and plug it back in.
HUNTINGMAN
I also use the linksystem,I am running a laptop, desktop,Wii,and a PS3 on the same router.Never had any problems out of it except when I turn on my PS3 it kicks my wife off line if she is on the computer but it hooks right back up on automatically. Rayzorp
Unfortunately I do this for a living. Linksys is the better one. Just a note, what version of Windows you running on your computers?. A lot of my users got Windows Vista which only supports a handful of Linksys wireless. Anything else, just PM me
VermontHunter
Just to throw a monkey in your wrench ,, may I ask why you haven't considered the NETGEAR line ?? I kind of like NETGEAR Wireless routers and find them easier to configure .. http://netgear.com/Landing/en-US/wirelessn.aspx
