hammerforged
I had this great Stag Tip laying around and decided to step outside the box as it were. Blade is 4 1/2 inches of handforged 384 layer 1084 and O-1 Damascus. Guard is Nickel Silver. Total length on knife is 14 inches. Thoughts? Here is a close-up of the blade. PotashRLS
Yes, very original. Not your typical antler handle. If I could be so bold, what would a price tag on such a knife be? I don't see handcrafted stuff like that around here.
hammerforged
Actually, I am giving this one away. It will be auctioned to raise funds for Disability Resources, Inc. in Abilene, Texas week after next.

HUNTINGMAN
I have always loved the look of damascus,I had a friend whos dad made them and they were sweet. What would one of those size knives run a man if he were interested in one? hammerforged
If I could find another piece of Stag like this one, then the knife would be $325.00 to your door. I don't believe there is much chance of me finding another piece of Stag like this one however.

hammerforged
Thanks Folks, I wasn't too sure about how the piece would come together, but am very happy with the results. I hope it brings in a good price for the folks at Disability Resources. You can learn more about them at www.driabilene.org. Some of the best Salsa (I Scream Sauce) and bread and butter Jalapenos on the planet.
