Doc
I have a gillion pictures on slides that I have taken over the decades. The problem is that in this age of digital photography, there is no way to share them over the internet. Has anyone found a reasonable way of scanning large volumes of slides cheaply and with fairly good quality results? Doc
smallmunster
Nikon makes a slide scanner attachment that will do 50 at a time but it isn't cheap. Other scanners have attachments as well but one a time so it isn't fast. There are also services that will do it for around .30 each at 3000 dpi. I would go this way depending on how many you have. wtnhunt
If I am not mistaken some photo processing places will load your slides onto digital media(cd,dvd) for you. Don't know what they charge, but might consider checking with a wolf or ritz photo or somewhere that processes film still.
