OUTSIDER Posted February 15, 2009 Report Share Posted February 15, 2009 (edited) Take 2 pounds of deer meat, some Hickory burger seasoning from High Mountain Seasonings, a tablespoon of cayanne pepper and half of a sweet white onion. Dice up the onion pretty small, mix in onion and spices in the burger well, Patty them up, grill them up on high for 5 minutes per side, then turn them on low until done...Just depends on the thickness of the burger, i make them massive in size and it takes like 35 or so minutes to get em done.
